INFORMATION AND RETURNS
Right of Withdrawal
Pursuant to Article 5 of Legislative Decree No. 206/05, if the customer is a consumer (a natural person who purchases goods for purposes not related to their professional activity and who does not provide a VAT number on the order form), they have the right to withdraw from the purchase contract for any reason, except as set forth in the following paragraph.
Return Policy
Any item sold as new can be returned within 14 calendar days from the date of delivery, provided it has not been opened and is intact in its original packaging.
A return made in accordance with these conditions entitles you to a full refund of the price paid at the time of purchase. This refund is normally made within 31 days of receiving the return . This period includes:
- 10-15 working days required for the return to be received by the appointed courier;
- 3-5 business days for processing the received return;
- It takes 5-10 business days to obtain authorization from the customer's bank, although this timeframe may vary depending on the bank.
Please note that, for the purposes of the timeframes indicated above, "working days" means Monday to Friday, excluding holidays and Saturdays, while "calendar days" means all days of the week, including Saturdays and Sundays.
It should be noted that the right of withdrawal for online purchases does not apply when the supply of goods or services has a price linked to market or currency exchange fluctuations that the company is unable to control .
Please also note that in the event of a cancellation request or return due to a change of heart , even if due to market fluctuations, the customer is responsible for the return shipping costs. Furthermore, a restocking fee of 5% of the amount paid for the product applies to each return. This fee covers the management costs and the bank fees incurred by the company when placing the order.

Upon receiving this communication, our customer service will provide detailed instructions for completing the return procedure.
Shipping costs will be borne by the customer.
This return option provides additional protection and does not affect the consumer's statutory rights. The right of withdrawal remains valid, exercisable within 14 days of delivery in accordance with the Consumer Code, as does the legal guarantee on purchased products.
In accordance with the legal guarantee, and in the event of a return due to an error attributable to us (for example, sending incorrect or defective items), the return costs will be borne exclusively by us.
A restocking fee of 5% of the product's purchase price applies to all returns. This fee covers the handling costs and bank charges incurred by the company when placing the order.
Refund Policy
The refund will be issued within 4 weeks of receiving and verifying the return, taking into account the time required for delivery to our warehouse and for the refund to be processed by the customer's bank. The refund will be made via bank transfer.
To initiate the refund process, send a request to mirabiliastore.it@gmail.com , specifying the reason for the return.
Once the return has been approved, the customer will be provided with instructions for returning the goods, at the customer's expense, to the address indicated by MirabiliaStore.it via email.

Pre-Order Cancellation
Once payment has been made for a pre-order item, it will not be possible to change or cancel the order.
Furthermore, regarding the purchase of pre-order items, it is specified that the right of withdrawal is excluded as these are goods "whose price is linked to fluctuations in the financial market that the professional is unable to control" (art. 59 Legislative Decree 205/2006).
Pre-order products may be subject to cancellations or cuts in availability imposed by manufacturers and distributors over which Mirabilia Store has no control or responsibility.
