Adventure on Kami's Island is the fifteenth set of the Simplified Chinese version of the One Piece Card Game, dedicated to the Skypiea arc — one of the most iconic and beloved story arcs in the entire series. The set catapults the Straw Hat Pirates to the sky island, where they become embroiled in a war between divine factions. The absolute protagonist is Enel, the "God" of Skypiea, who debuts as a Leader card with a unique mechanic: his DON!! deck consists of only 6 cards instead of the standard 10, but he can add up to 5 DON!! in a single turn, generating devastating power surges from the early turns of the game.

The set also includes the second half of the Extra Booster EB-04 cards integrated into the set, with exclusive SP cards for Enel, Smoker & Tashigi, Zeus, Boa Hancock, and Trafalgar Law. The main chase cards are the Super Art Rare of Enel and the two Event cards in Manga Alternate Art version — Lightning Dragon and Gum-Gum Golden Rifle.
