This time, it celebrates the game's second anniversary, and of course, it couldn't miss yet another "new version" of the Four Emperors: Monkey D. Luffy, Shanks, Buggy the Clown (for fans of questionable choices), and Marshall D. Teach, aka Blackbeard.
