Revolution Booster is a new Concept Pack format for the Japanese Yu-Gi-Oh! OCG, designed to allow the construction of complete decks using only the cards contained in the set. The first chapter of the line — Toon & Witchcrafter & Unchained — dedicates 7 new cards to each of the three archetypes, integrated with reprints of existing fundamental cards. The goal is to make the three decks immediately playable by purchasing the box alone, without the need for external cards.

The main reprints of each archetype are included in Overframe version (6 Secret Rare cards with extended artwork). Some reprints are also available in standard Secret Rare version (48 cards) and 12 in Prismatic Secret Rare version. Among the notable new additions for the Toon deck, the set includes Blue-Eyes Toon Ultimate Dragon and a new Field Spell that replaces Toon World as the deck's engine.
